The Rock Pub in Bangkok has been in operation for over 23 years now. The Rock Pub has a reputation among Bangkok Expats for offering the best live Rock N Roll Music, having very well priced drinks that are extremely cold and for having some very sexy girls frequent the establishment every night of the week. The Rock Pub not only has live bands but also area’s where people can dance or listen to there favorite all star band that usually wouldn’t play in a small club.
The Rock Pub has survived many bad times and has always thrived during the good times. 9 Years ago when Bangkok‘s economy was doing very badly, the Rock Pub was still in full swing and seemed like the economy issues had no effect – this is due to the support the Rock Pub has from Expats living in Bangkok and the Thais that also frequent this great establishment.
The Rock Pub has a great atmosphere that makes anyone in there feel like drinking up and getting on the dance floor. The lights are at times very colored and at other times rather dark depending on the band or songs that are playing. The Rock Pub has an excellent out door area where the music can still be heard but conversations can also be had for people who may have just meet in the Rock Pub or for people who have gone in a good group looking for a fun and exciting time.
Food is another great asset this Establishment has going for it. The Rock Pub has one of the greatest chefs in Bangkok and he is there ready to whip up some amazing food and very low prices. There is also a great range of cocktails for those who do not like the standard beer or spirits drinks when they are out. It is known around Bangkok that many Thai Girls will go to the Rock Club simply because it offers such amazing food at excellent prices and there is always something to watch or listen to while you are there.
Tourists alone in Bangkok or Tourists in large groups who enjoy Rock N Roll would be very disappointed to miss the chance to see this great venue to start to understand what all the fuss is about! The Rock Pub opens early and runs till late, the Bangkok Deals team have seen the Rock Pub stay open well past 5am which is great for the Westerns who are used to leaving late and getting home very early!
